BenchMark 'Lite' is a proprietary business review tool, based on the original BenchMark methodology, which is a numerical scoring tool based on the 8 Management Principles and ISO 9001. However, this mini version can be used as both an introduction to the more in-depth assessment service or as an addition to your registration that allows you to numerically score your organization?s performance and risks.
BSI BenchMark 'Lite' allows an organization to know where they are now in order to be able to measure and quantify the contribution of their management system to the business?s overall performance year on year.
