Implementing BSI BenchMark

The BSI BenchMark implementation process is divided into four main phases, outlined below.

Phase 1
A facilitated top management review of the organization's management system's progress through evaluation of key management principles using the BSI BenchMark methodology.

Phase 2
Independent verification and evaluation of the phase 1 review at operational level by BSI.  A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the verification.

Phase 3
The top management are presented with a report explaining the status of their Management System's maturity.  This will identify opportunities for improvement and enable progression.  The resulting scores are entered into the BSI BenchMark database.

Phase 4
The organization reviews the scores and implements the opportunities presented in the BSI BenchMark to improve performance towards excellence.
