Course Description

An internationally recognized standard written by the Food Industry for the Food Industry. This standard aims to harmonize the requirements for food safety management throughout the food supply chain. This two-day course will enable you to interpret the requirements of this food safety management system standard in order that you can implement the requirements when you return to your organization. This course will also give you the skills and techniques to measure the effectiveness of your food safety management system through audit.

Who should attend?
  • It is recommended that delegates should have some prior knowledge of ISO 22000 food safety management system standard. However it is not mandatory, as this course is intended for those who are relatively new to ISO 22000 and management system auditing but who have some food safety background
  • Those tasked with managing the effectiveness of their food safety system.
